Red is the color of passion, but obviously you can’t go overboard with it.  Red can be cheery and happy, but it can easily go over the edge and become an angry and aggressive color if too much of it is used.  You have to be careful to use just enough red bathroom accessories, and not too much.

When you use red accents in your decor, it will bring attention to items in a room that might otherwise have been overlooked.  Red bathroom accessories can be very enticing and intriguing when used properly.

Because red is found so abundantly in nature, it’s a beautiful complement to simple earth tones.  It works extremely well with sleek modern elements in the bathroom, but it also works very well in a more traditional setting such as with a claw foot tub.

You can let your imagination run wild, and be whimsical with a red lips theme, and have a very glamorous bathroom, or do the all sleek look with shiny white, chrome and red.  You could opt for a vintage look, and add in a vintage style poster, or some vintage framed beauty ads.
