Shipping & Handling


Alohakine Design ships to all fifty United States as well as U.S. territories. All shipments originate from Hawaii and all shipments are sent by UPS or USPS. We charge a fixed fee of $8.00 for shipping and handling. We have right to change shipping method without prior notice.


We will ship your merchandise within 24 hours after we receive payment confirmation.


Our merchandise is shipped via USPS with Delivery confirmation and you should receive your package within 3-5 business days. 


 


Redelivery Items: If an item is returned non-deliverable, you must re-pay the second shipping charge again for us to ship out.


 


Local Pick-up: Please contact us if you would like pick up of your order. All local pick-ups will be charged Hawaii state sales tax + a handling fee.


 


Will I have to pay customs on an international shipment?


You may. Though we do our best to avoid fees for our customers, a shipment may be charged Customs fees upon its arrival in your country. We assume no responsibility for this so please check with your local customs office to see if your order will be charged.


 


Can you send me additional photos of the item?


Unfortunately, due to the high volume of items we receive each day, we cannot take additional photos of specific items.


 


I purchased multiple items. Can you combine my shipping?


Yes, when you win multiple auctions; I generally offer 50% off of shipping & handling for each additional item(s). Combine shipping must be single transaction and shipping to same address only.


 


I have not received an invoice for the item.


After each of our auctions close, eBay will automatically send an email to the winning bidder. At times, spam guards may prevent that email from reaching you, please make sure your email filters are not blocking these messages from eBay. You may also check out through your “my eBay” within your own account. Another option for paying for the item is logging into this completed auction as the winner. No, we do not have a walk in store or factory for visiting. All business is conducted by email and through this website.
